Natal and neonatal teeth erupt commonly in the mandibular anterior region than in maxillary region. They are most commonly a part of deciduous dentition. The prevalence has been observed between 1 in 2000 to 3500 live births. Presence of natal tooth may lead to numerous complications. Hence the purpose of the present paper is to review and discuss its clinical features, complications and management.
